ok...so i live in wisconsin...its average about -20 below degreees and have about 14 inches of snow ALLLL winter....and my mom got rid of my gym membership....
so this winter i idnt have alot of time to exercise and stay in shape..... anyone got any tips to get back into paintball shape ? my friend told me hes starting yoga to help him get flexible and hsit for paintball...but hes already a tank (like 8 pack and **** i got a keg )so do u guys got any drills or just exercises to make me faster/more flexible/ or thinner/stronger? im a pretty good dietter tooo thanks for the help boys/ladies

Lots of cardio, circuit training. No exercise equipment? Jog in place for like an hour...

Do 30 push ups 15 pull ups 20 sit ups and 30 minutes of jogging everyday for 3 months.
It works wonders.

Also try these: get your feet and hands on the floor, and start movin or walkin like a dog(in four legs). Always keep your arms straight and your kness dosenīt need to touch the floor. There you are workin legs, arms, shoulders and chest.(arms bassically the tricep), do it inside your house, like the livin room, and you do it aruond the place you are gonna work. First 3 times, then after 5 days, 4times, then after 3 days 5 times and so on... it wors for me!!!!! ![]()

Im running track now and man its getting me into shape. Today I did a 5 mile run without comepletely losing my breath whereas just last week I was sore from a 3 mile. I would say make up a workout routine thats easy to do and not hard to remeber. Just like 40 pushups, 40 situps, and a 1 mile run. Be sure to do at least 10 minutes of stretching before excercise if you havent done any in a while.

shovel out the driveway into large piles of snow. Then move the snow piles around until you are dead tired. Then do it again...

Humm all very effective... but there are certian things that will help you run faster instead of just running and doing simple cardio....
If any one knows what Sitters are... they are like squats except your back is places up against the wall. This will work you muscles like you were doing a squat. Thus allowing for a quicker take off Do that for as long as you can the first time like literatly until your shakeing uncoltrolably. Make sure you record that time, then try and match it every other day. i cant think of other right now.... i will edit when i get home from school lol.
