I had the same problem with my TL-X. The best solution is to get some marker oil and put one drop into the hole where the bolt knob goes into the bolt. Then just pull out the knob with ease.

No because you cant do that since the acs is made out of delrin and when you put oil on it swells up. I have heard plenty stories of that happining

Not sure where the swelling stories are coming from with delrin. I use delrin daily at work and have never seen it swell from oil. I have oiled my delrin ACS bolt in my 05 electra and have had no issues. Delrin is also used in industrial bearings and they get oiled. If it were to swell the shaft wouldnt spin in the bearing. Just my 2 cents worth. Spyder05guy

I think that the paintball oil is different from what u use because i know that some oil works with delrin the commercial stuff made for it, not wd-40 or lps

I have never heard of any issues with delrin swelling with marker oil. I guess you'll just have to try and pull it out by yourslef, or like ooglieboogliebob said, get your dad to do it.
