Smart Parts has a few new things:

"Linear" is the name of their new barrel, all i can say is i would hope its linear.

they are 40 bucks, and look like the ion stock barrel. I'd assume they are the same quality level of a teardrop or progressive.

New freak back look- I'm assuming the look will change for all of the backs, but currently all actionvillage sells is A5 version, in dust black, which i will get back to about. The old freaks had the word "Freak" cut out of the metal and only had one indent, the new one has 3. this may cut off some wieght for those trying to get every unneccesary ounce off of their gun, but other than that, purely asthetic.

Dust fronts for AA, and new look; Smart Parts seems to be moving all efforts to dust with their newer products (starting with the ion) which are all dust.
they have a new look for their AA barrel fronts, along with dust colors, currently actionvillage only has blue dust. Link

ill keep you updated with some new products and what pictures i can find until the tech gear is released early next year.

I like the looks of those SP Linear barrels, it would look nice on my gun...
It says they're $30 not $40.

oh sure, after i decide to piece together and Ultralite kit, they go ahead and change the Freak. lol! i still like the look of the UL's better.

so i guess we can be expecting a russion legion shocker, sometime soon. any word on if smart parts is coming out with an 06 gun. me likey the new freak backs.

ya kno ever since i saw the stock ion barrel, i am VERY cautious about buying dust or matte textured barrels from SP. i mean the stock ion barrel is dust textured and the inside is ABSOLUTE CRAP. its not shiney at all, but then look at the 25 dollar SP progressive and it is MIRROR shiney.

maybe SP just did a ****Y job on the stock ion barrel, but if i buy a barrel from SP it will prolly be polished.

I question the coolness of the Russion Legion (erhm, Boston Red Legion) Shocker....the 06 Dynasty was an ugly beast...hopefully the same guy that designed it won't be designing this new gun.
