I'm trying to go low pressure. I am stuck at 460psi 285-290 fps.
Is there a way to know when your valve spring is to light. I did the valve mod to my stock valve . I have the 32* light valve and the heavy main. I am looking to get 400 psi with a medium or light main spring" the heavy spring is to loud and I'm told it puts extra wear on the striker. If I go lighter on the valve spring is it possible to waste gas? If I over trim the spring would streching it out fix it? Maybe I need different parts in my gun? Any ideas? Thanks

well ... try a new VA ... since you really can't go that LP without high flowing parts ... and you might want to fiddle with your springs a bit ...
a light valve will use more gas though ... try the new VA first though .. you should be able to get a little lower with that ... |

A drilled VA should be fine, but if you only drilled one hole, drill to either side of the main hole to open it up alot more.

well you want to drill both of them ...
VA mod But ... other VA's will give you better flow resulting in lower PSI's |
