My son's 2010 Aggressor model has developed a small leak coming from the barrell--looks to be where the C02 enters the barrel at the vertical. We pulled it apart and lubed the o-rings, etc; which seemed to improve the leak a little, but not entirely. Any other suggestions or do all the internals need to be replaced? source?

you might check the o-rings for nicks and or replace them. It sounds like it is definitely something in the mechanism of the cup seal/valve

Like TheDarkShadow said, probably has to do the cup seal/valve. Check/replace the cup seal for damage as well as the orings.

I'll throw my two cents in also and say it's probably the cup seal/valve.
I was just feeling left out....

thanks for advise. replaced all the o-rings and caps with a replacement kit and everything works fine. Apparently these wear out pretty quickly... probably should keep them oiled more frequently.

I think it can sometimes be luck of the draw. i had a sonix from 05 that i never changed the o-rings. Granted I only ran about 6-8 cases through it in about 4 or 5 years.
