if you take out he venturi will it affect the warranty since you can put it back in. and should i sand or not because of the warranty????

Indeed, but, I dunno what could malfunction randomly, if its been working, it probably will continue to.

I say go for it. If I were you instead of taking out the venturi just buying a new bolt. If not, take out the venturi.

speaking on new bolt I need to clean the gear box out and put some stuff up for sale, have a tiger shark and stock bolts etc...

yes it does, reduces friction between the moving parts

Well not just sanding, you have to sand it and then polish it real good.

yeah .. use very high grit paper and sand it down .. a screwdriver would probably help (cordless) .. and polishing wheel would do great too
