Hrm. Does the marker chatter/burp at all when it double feeds, or does it just do it?
I'm trying to come up with a cheap solution for your loader, but the easiest perhaps would be to get a new board for it. I recommend a Reloader B board, since it is adjustable and does not require the eyes that the Halo B board uses. Instead, it runs off the sound from the marker firing. The Reloader B2 board has a pot switch to adjust the sound sensitivity and the Reloader B automatically adjusts when booting up. This means that you just need to be quiet when turning it on and not firing the marker/loading it. You can find these boards in the Miscellaneous section or the Gearbag section of PBN's B/S/T.
