Default mag issues(i think)

i just got the chaser for xmas and i love it..shot it a bit but for some reason the mag keeps shooting the balls out the mag when i try to load it....i accidently left a full clip in the gun and went to show my new toy to my buddy(to make him jealous ) i took out the mag and all the balls shot into the gun and i now have paint everywhere. im kind of upset...nothing wrong with the gun but the mag itself. anyone else have this issue at all? i got the chaser because it was cheaper than the other pistols and because i dont plan on using it that much. just like a last ditch effort or for really close encounters to not injure my buds but can someone help me with the mag issue plz

That is what the mag is suppose to do. When you load it you pull the spring down and lock it into place. When you put the mag into the gun, it releases that spring, so the paint feeds into the chamber. If you pull it out before unloading all the round, the paint is going to go everywhere.

Hmmm, I'll have to look at mine and see if I can give you any advice. I've never had any problems with my clip.

I also have not had any issues with my clip. Check the spring and make sure it is not bound up?

woah woah woah hold the phone here
the eraser/chaser and its mags are in no way designed to unlock the spring when inserted into the marker handle.

you lock the mag when loading, and unlock it before you put it in the handle.

but no matter how you look at it though, the gun has a poor magazine design anyways
my extra mags unload mid game from all the movement
it will either unlock the mag and spew some or all of the paint out
or it stays locked but half of the paint has fallen out of the mags because of ball stopper gets unlocked and they just fall/bounce out
