fps drops 20 - 40 in between shots
Every other shot I am losing approximately 20 - 40 fps. Why is that ?

it bounces back and forth. I chrono at 275 and then my next shot is a lot less but my third shot comes back up around 270-275.

What marker is this? Specs? If you don't give those, there isn't much we can do.

If you have a stock 08/09 pilot then its because the the pilot has an expasion chamber not a regulator. The electra came with the regulator. If you want i can send you my old electra reg? Its collecting dust in my closet, but its black.

Yeah, cold weather + expansion chamber + CO2 = OMGWTFBBQ.
If you aren't using CO2 and you have a regulator, then we need a few more details.

I actually have a CP Reg (long) that I've been meaning to sell. Hasn't been maintained in a while though. I'd sell it cheap as-is.
