You make no mention which Spyder you're referring to but anyway, if the hole where the asa hose screws into is 1/8"NPT threaded, then yes. Most Spyder's do not have the standard 1/8"NPT thread. They have a different metric thread. You might get away with using a metric to 1/8"NPT adapter found at alot of paintball stores -
