The Bushmaster feedneck will not work.
Unfortunately the 09 Electra has a proprietary threaded feedneck and I am unsure if there is anybody who make an aftermarket feedneck for it. As far as the on/off goes, look into the Bob Long Gear Drive Xpress Mount On/Off ASA. I have 2 of them and would put one on any gun I bought.

Yes, the CP regulator should work with your Electra.

If you want a clamping feed neck the threading is an "ion xe". I have one from cp. And if you have an Electra 09 then you dont need an on/off asa it should already have a good one. One more thing i dont think there is any spring kits for the Electra/Pilot... Not sure if they came out recently?
