Just put a few drops of oil into your ASA before you screw in your air tank, then fire it a few times to cycle the oil around. You can also oil the O-rings on the striker seperately, and the same for the bolt if you have one with O-rings (stock MR2 bolt does not). If you are using a remote line with a slide check, make sure you oil that too before you air up. The o-rings inside the slide check can cause problems if not kept lubricated.

It's not that simple. While that will get most of the orings, when you take apart your marker (which you should do every 3-5 times you go out and play), you should lube all the orings with one drop to a drop and a half of oil, and all the moving parts lightly. Make sure to use a synthetic paintball oil as well, since Hoppes and the like tend to eat orings.
