No an electric hopper is a batter powered hopper. It feeds paint into the chamber alot faster then a gravity and prevents chopping.

Thank you for all the help guys! I've made my decision and im getting the pilot. I've heard that you need a certain type of high quality paintball for it. Is this true?

paint is universal but if you use really crappy paint you will get inaccurate shots and the paint can be too brittle or really thick and it wont bust when you shoot someone. basically with paintballs you get what you pay for. you dont necessarily have to go out and buy the most expensive paintballs out there though

nah, find a good used Halo or Reloader B. That'll take care of you with this gun and any gun after it. I love my Empire Reloader B.

^ Yup, get either of those hoppers. That way when you do upgrade guns you wont have to upgrade hoppers too. Plus you can find a used Halo or Reloader B for fairly cheap.
