MR4 Operating pressure

Hey... does anyone know what PSI the MR4 operates at? I have the VS3 but I found out that it operates at 300 PSI.

that's the thing... I want to add a basic reg that I found from RAP4:

but in order for me to add this I'm trying to figure it out if it's a LP or HP setup altho I'm figuring that since it uses CO2 it has to be a HP setup and probably operates at 800 PSI

stock, it will run HP (aka, whatever your tank output is. for co2 its 800-1200psi). i have seen stock spyders recock as low as 190psi, but then you have no velocity. honestly, its not worth upgrading all the internals to run a lower operating pressure.

so basically the gun itself operates at roughly 800 psi... cool thanks that's what I've been looking for.

its operating at whatever psi the tank is outputting, yeah. you could slap a reg on and drop it maybe 200-300 psi just by adjusting the main spring.

ah ok... so say I have a NO2 tank that has a reg on it and it's set for 450 psi output... so the gun itself will be shooting at 450 psi and so even if I get a HP tank that has a 800 psi output it's still shooting at what ever the tank's reg is set at.... hmmm...

yep. and if you try putting a LP tank on that spyder, theres a good chance your velocity won't get over 200 without upgrading the internals.

darn... I like my vs3 even more now... sucks I got one tank that's has a LP reg set at 450 and the other tank that has 850... looks like I gotta get a second tank for the MR4...
