Irene was so horrible that a classroom at my school in OKLAHOMA flooded! Three inches of water....everything ruined.

Oh, wait - just a broken water line. Never mind.

So in one of my classes we had a brainstorming session on what our class name should be so everyone was saying dumb things mostly but then my teacher wrote "the purple class." So then we had to explain why we came up with the name. my teacher explained that the name "the purple class" came from the purple drink she had (people are giggling hehe purple drank). so then we vote on the names and someone says how bout we choose "the purple class" only change it to "purple drank". the teacher doesnt get the reference so she's like okay thats fine. Everyone dies laughing because she doesnt get it. I come back to my room and everyone in the class gets this message:

oh god...

my parents and brothers are going to hawaii for a week, meanwhile my sister and i are stuck at home (because we're not in high school anymore). so im pretty bummed about that. next year when my dad comes home he was talking about going down to the coast and get a salmon/halibut charter and go camping/fishing for a week. once again, i have the feeling that im not invited to that either.

oh, for those of you who havent been paying attention, i moved back in with my parents because i (thought) i was being offered a job up here, but that fell through so now im trying to find work. im already falling behind on my school payments.

I almost moved to Anchorage a couple years ago when my sister was stationed there with her husband but the job market was slim.



On another note, I got a raise at work but still plan on leaving. Even thinking about going back to school but I don't really know what I would do.
