I was testing my gun with the twister barrel on and i shot a hopper full of paint through at about 5-6 b/s. i only had one break and when i took the barrel off i noticed it didn't break til half way down the barrel. This has never happened to me, what could have caused it? i know its a silly question since it might not happen frequently, but it's buggin me.

Could have been that one specific ball since it didnt happen to anyother balls. Maybe IT got wet and swelled a little. Nothing big.

I bet it was a minor defect in the paintball. Maybe it had a little extra shell or it was swelled like ^ said.

yea w/e happened, its better than chopping, lol, you only have to clean your barrel now, instead of your bolt, detents, feed neck etc.

true .. but it's really a good idea to clean your gun after every heavy use ... lengthens the life of the marker
