How can you tell how many BPS you can shoot (semi-auto)?

Fill your hopper with a specific number of balls. Shoot for 10 seconds, then see how many balls you have left. Take the number you shot and divide by 10.
For example, you shoot 200 balls in 10 seconds, divide by 10 and you get 20 balls a second. You shoot 150 in 10 seconds, you are shooting 15 balls per second. So on and so forth....
