Are the Dye stickies worth the money?

I would say so yes. I didn't think grips were any sort of upgrade for a long time, but on top of being a nice cosmentic upgrade, they can make your marker nice and comfy to shoot.

I agree. I bought a frame with stickys on it already and I bought a pair for my other marker the following week. They make quite a difference.

I would say yes depending on how much you pay. I would pay a maximum of $15. I have them and love them, they are incredibly comfy and good looking, but a pair of grips aren't something that should break the bank

Yes, they are definatly worth it. just be careful about getting paint on them or any other liquid because they get wicked slippery.

grips dont really matter imo. how many of you play without gloves or actally hold the frame?

I sometimes play w/o gloves and sometimes hold the frame.

I only play woodsball... So.. I always hold the grip and almost never wear gloves, and when your playing like that, boy they're really nice, super comfy, I'd suggest getting them.
