Default HP Valves

I'm looking to upgrade my valve to a HP valve. Does anyone have experience with aftermarket valves in the mr2, if so what do you recommend and which valve should I stay away from.

Do you mean LP perchance? (HP -> High Pressure; LP -> Low pressure)

Spyders are generally considered to be High Pressure valved systems (500-900psi)

Nerobro is his name. I may have misspelled it but i know it had 'bro' at the end. He was involved in the "IS Board" with Terminal Err back in the day.
