![]() I have a pilot acs that wont fire.... the solenoid works when it isn't cocked but when you cock it it doesn't throw out enough to release the bolt .... I have a new battery that I charged over night and still no change... can anyone help??

![]() Welcome to the forum.
I would suggest making sure that the bolt and striker are not put in backwards or upside down. Also, make sure that all the wires are connecting inside.

![]() I down loaded the schematics before taking it apart to make sure everything is as it should be and all he connection seem to be intact .. it looks to me that it just doesn't have enough power to push the release lever. Do you think the capacitor is bad? .. Just shooting the dark..

![]() maybe not enough trigger thro to fire the marker? i adjusted mine the wrong way and had a simmilar issue. could be your trigger thro just a idea.

![]() try slipping a penny between the solenoid plunger and the gripframe. sometimes it helps.
