Default MR2 working beautifully except...

Well, I was able to break out my MR2 w/eye at Skirmish. The marker fired great but if I walked the trigger in semi, it would fire at an automatic rate aka 25 bps. I would then have to stop pulling the trigger and then pull once more to reset the marker.

Any ideas?

Well I have never heard of that before. You have a stock board right? You could always pull the red jumper off the board so the marker would be semi only.

The board is stock. Only upgrades are a JJ 14 and trinity offset feedneck. The board was replaced under warranty as the original was fried on delivery.

Funny I never have that problem, and honestly have never heard of it before either. Take the jumper out see what happens.

It's called bounce, more likely mechanical bounce. You need to back the trigger off the microswitch lever a bit more before it'll stop. Surprised you didn't mention puking a lot of paint when that happened -

Not one break the entire day Dragon. Must be the rotor I have on top. No puking just people yelling wtf, he's got an auto and the ref became most curious after that happened in front of him.

Im not convinced that it is bounce, although it very well could be, and I havent heard any better sugestions. But bounce usually has differing velocitys and chops along with it. He never said he had either. But its a simple enough thing to back the trigger off and see. Let us know.

bounce doesnt always mean chops, he has a rotor which has proven to shoot 40 bps.... I can shoot with some trigger bounce with my Halo B
