GRRR ACL tear and surgery
Hey guys,
Hope all of you are doing well. Anyways, i tore my acl playing bball a few months back, had surgery and am now stuck on the couch unable to play paintball and bball for 6 months. Lifting is the only activity i'm able to do right now but there are still limitations on the lifts that can be performed. I've never hated just lying on the couch day after day so much in my life. Oh well, I just needed to vent! Edit: whoops. realized i put this in the news and updates and not the non-paintball topics section. Mods please move to the correct section, thanks. Fred

Fred consider this an official warning, 1 more time and I will have to ban you.
 Sorry to hear about your knee, that really sucks. Hope your recovery is speedy. The upside of all this is, now you can post more.

u fine gentlemen are so kind for not banning me lol. yea, i never have a lot of time to get on here anymore due to work and keeping up with the house but looks like I will have some time now lol. good thing too as I haven't been on in a while and come back and post in the wrong section. I'm such a noob lol.

yeah, it's not so bad. You just get into the habits of working out 4 days a week, bball 2 days a week, golf once per weekend and now nothing but lifting. Disappointing but it does free up some time to spend on here.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that, Fred! Good luck with the recovery, and be careful to only go out after the Doc clears you.
