its prob not swine flu, but if you convince yourself your sick, you'll get worse. here's some advice from Dr. Clauss
take 2 Emergence a day ( it's a vitamin c powder, realy good tasting, get it at almost any drug stoor)
rest
good thoughts
and take a fever reducer ( i think tylenol/ advil)
