Angry My Local Field...has Problems

alright so today i went to my local field with my youth church group, and my step dad went to buy a case of balls. on the box it said DXS which i know is draxxus. they only charged us 35 for a case of 2000 so i thought it was a good deal bcuz DXS is good paint. but when we opened the box i noticed the bags of balls that were in it said Procaps on it. (i think they make impacts and recons and walmart paint) ok so i went to start filling up my pods and noticed that the balls were SEVERELY dented. (i mean like half a ball was missing bcuz it was so dented) anyway i went to ask the guy about why it was so dented and he said that it was a new thing to make the balls dented so they dont get jammed in your gun and hopper and stuff. so i started playing and noticed that i was having to keep my hopper on (electronic VL quantam) nearly all the tiime bcuz the balls were getting jammed ALOT. and it was double feeding and my MR1 NEVER CHOPS PAINT but it was choppin alot so it really made me mad because i buy impacts as practice balls and they are more accurate and not dented and dont ever chop or double feed. so idk know what the heck they were doin but i think they were jippin us on paint and Co2. so is that a new thing that the companys are doin because if they are i havent noticed it.

yea i had an idea that that was a bold faced lie. and yea i didnt think about it at first but it was white box paint too. ok well since its a new field theyre allowing ppl to bring their own paint so until they make you start buyin theirs im gonna keep buying impacts bcuz theyre cheap and actually are pretty goodwith my MR1. but idk know if im goin back now bcuz of that whole thing and they didnt fill my Co2 all the way bcuz i have a 20 oz and i only got like 500 shots out of it right after they supposedly filled it all the way
so now im pretty p***** off at them but thanx man. btw i love that i got an account on here bcuz you guys are really helpful

Procaps is marginally better than DXS. The reason you're having issues with the DXS is that as of late their quality has gone downhill. They have been one of the long-standing best paintball manufactures, right next to Diablo.

yea but still im not buyin their paint anymore bcuz ive had problems with the dude who owns the place. because the FIRST time i went with my church, i was bunkering just about everyone that i could bunker. . anyway he didnt like it and he kept sayin stuff like how would you like it if i did that to you
(btw i was bunkering like 20 year olds and stuff so idk what his problem is, because im 14)
and stuff. but i think im gonna start goin to the other field because their alot better. (they actually have a pro shop) and they have a woodsball course. and theyre alot nicer and theyre paintballs arent dented. lol

Procaps is a brand of DXS... They were bought by Draxxus, now DXS a while ago. The last case of DXS Bronze paint I bought (maybe a year or so ago) had Procaps bags inside.

As brand names go is what I was referring to. I didn't want to sound a fool and get it backwards. I knew one was bought by the other, but thought it was the larger based Procaps buying DXS out.
