why not do an over barrel type?
the way I did it with my spump worked out really well and was MUCH easier than my original plan

Maybe try and make an Autococker stlyle back block - and run a screw to where the adjuster screw is for the spring/ball bearing assembly is in the bolt? that way you're only milling the striker. If you're really brave - drill + tap the striker from the back so you can use a cocking rod and independantly cock the striker - that way you could glue a piece of rod (or cut bolt pin) to steady the striker - and you wouldn't have to mill it - just drill/tap. I just realized though - you'd have to come up with a custom Velocity adjuster to do this. as you'd need a hole in the center for the cocking rod. if you use a small enough diameter rod you might be able to drill a hole in the center of the existing screw to allow the rod to pass through it. Needless to say - it'd be a fair amount of custom work - and you'd have a pump Spyder that operated virtually the same as a pump Cocker.

^ but your striker has to be seperated from your bolt if you just hook your pumparm to your striker how would youclose the bolt to shhot?

Same as a cocker pump - the bolt would be connected to the block - and the striker would have a rod/cut off piece of bolt pin to stabilize it.
