Anyone have a good solution on how to plug the back of the MR1 when not using the stock?
I go back and forth on if the stock is actually helpful, and when I play without it I'd like to prevent getting dirt or paint to the bolt thru the back. I'd buy another stock and just cut it off, but it doesn't seem worth the money. Maybe modifying a barrel plug or something? Thanks! |

Perhaps a plug similar to the ones that are shipped inside of pipe fittings (k-plugs). Without seeing and measuring, I'd guess you'd need one for about 3/8" or 1/2" pipe.

Plastic plug (take MR body and go to your local store and say "in this size, please)
Or, you can use velocity adjuster from other spyder like I used this one from old Imagine, it comes with such plug: ![]()

PS - Forgot to mention, you can use old spyder internal parts, like "Resevoir plug" (part 278 in manual), striker, striker plug, bolt... They are all of the same diameter. I have bought few parts here just for that purpose
![]() Resevoir plug is particullary convenient - it has threaded hole and O-rings.
