Default True Mil-Sim field

I found this link to a field in MN on another forum I frequent, and it looks very intersting:

http://www.platteriverpaintball.com/index.html

They are going to limit amounts of paint allowed on the field and possibly limit types of markers allowed, such as mech-trigger mil sims.

i think he may have to get rid of some of his rules in order to really be successful. but other than that, looks cool.

I agree. If you read his personal background section he comes across egotistical and really puts down speedball. I'm a woodsballer at the core, but I don't see the benefit in critisizing any aspect of our sport; the rest of the world will do it for us.

Im not sure most "true" milsim games only have about 40 players. Why? I have absolutly no idea I often wondered why. probably because they limit the kind of markers you can use ect. lots of players dont want to be bothered with that kind of BS.

When my local field has an all day scenario, it usually gathers around 100 people give or take a few. We see everything from speedball players in bright colors to camo uniforms & throat mics.

I personally think it is more fun with more People no matter what type of player they are (speedball or woodsball). The last one that I went to with Shady was alot of fun in the mud and snow and there was just under 200. The next one should be even better as we should have the 300 that Shady was talking about.
Still it looks very ineresting
