Well, in my own defense, Lol, I had the guys name, address, and phone number.
I talked to him at least 10 times by phone, and everything was going smoothly, and the weirdest part is that I talked to people who have bought things from him on PBN, he has feedback from trusted PBN users...


But I don't want to make any snap judgments for the sake of my own good... But what am I supposed to think?

I'll post back on here as soon as I get things cleared up.

This guy is a definite Scam Artist

Haven't heard back from him in over 6 months or something, won't answer PM's or Phone Calls...

Is there anything that can be done now? Or just, (my loss)?

well, did you ask for shipping confirmation and insurance? Because if you didn't agree on it then in the case that something happens then 1 or both parties are at a loss.

IF you and your friend dropped the ball and didn't bother to take extra steps to insure that the pakage arrives, then your SOL. I'm going to guess that if this is the case he is just tired of listen to a complaint that he can't deal with.

Talk to a mod, and give feed back accordingly
