Either I did a damn good job PS'ing, or it was actually in the original picture... especially since these pics aren't editted at all besides resizing. Some of you might be really, really close to guessing one, but it'll only take a picture/technical wise guy to come up with the second.

They all were shoting using a new lens and a new teleconverter...

I'm gonna just take a guess and say you used a Sigma 70-200 f2.8, and maybe a 2x teleconverter...but thats just a shot in the dark.
