Default VS2 battey

I was noticing that in the manual it said that you had to use the Spyder rechargeable battery it came with, would it be worth buying another? I was hearing if you don't run these kind of batteries dead they would start losing the amount it could hold in its charge

Well you heard wrong. What you're describing is NiCad batteries that have a charge memory. They need to be drained completely before recharging. The ones that come with Spyder's are NiMH. They can be charged at any time during it's charge life and do not have the charge memory you described -

If you play long games (24hr+) you can find cheap charggers(for a faster charge) and spare batteries are a good idea. I have 6 and a 4 hour wall charger that charges up to 4 at a time. I use the 9.6 in my Halo-B payed 7.50 bucks for charger and 11 for the Batt.I also hve an inverter in the car.
