XPPL league pic's.
Not the greatest pic's as I just took some shot's of one game but it was a fun day a lot colder than I would have liked but not many chopping problem's came up. Lot's of fun and I'm hoping this league takes off in the central Indiana area! Only four team's showed up but I think more are scheduled for the next event's as it was just too cold still. Almost all the team's were Novice/AM in the ICC and CTS series so yeah the competition was a little intimidating.
          Everybody was great to talk to and I got to listen in on some stories from back in the day that were interesting to hear. The promoter is an ex avalanche guy who was on the team when Lasoya started out. Heard lot's of cool stories and it was cool just talking to him. All in all it was so much fun with really competitive team's which made the game's quite intense and fast paced! JB.

[IMG]  [/IMG]Oh and I didn't play with my regular guy's I actually sent some pm's to a couple people and formed a different team which worked out great. One guy is a local to Indianapolis and the other guy is one of NTK's coaches. We ended up winning the event so yeah I guess I'm kinda in it for the long run now that we are already ahead in the series lol! JB

Yeah the bunker's were different they were real thick type material and didn't give much. Even when paint was hitting them it didn't sound how a regular airball bunker does no thumping sound at all. I liked them.

we have those bunkers at a local field just for winter hyperball/speedball. they are like old buoy's or something.

My teammate posted on SCP about the bunker's.
"Hey guys, This is Tom...the guy that played with JB on Sunday. Those bunkers are German Navy buoys. The field owner got them for $50 each. It was a bunch of fun. As long as the rest of the dates don't conflict with the NPPL I'll be there." JB.
