How exactly do you use the ramp PSP and ramp Millennium I'm new to paintball.

A stock Pilot doesn't have them, you'd have to get a new board and all boards work differently.

Just set the board to the mode you want, and how fast you want it according the manual instructions.
Just a thought, since you're new, try playing WITHOUT ramping for awhile. It really is much better to shoot semi (although not as fun) and it'll help you build finger speed and skill.

Yea the new 08 Spyder Pilot which I have, have the tadao boards with ramp PSP and ramp Mill..just curious on how exactly to use it on this gun like how many times I have to pull the trigger before it bursts and I couldn't find it in the manual

PSP = 3 semi shots, then kicks into 3 shots every trigger pull. It keeps doing that until you stop shooting for 1 second. Usually maxed at 15 bps (or 13.33 bps if following this year's rules.)
Millenium = semi mode until you hit the fourth shot, then it ramps to 15 bps (13.33 bps if following this year's rules.)
