a 16" or 18" barrel for both Woodsball and Tournament??

I wouldn't use anything over a 14 inch barrel. You won't get any better accruacy with a longer barrel and u actually lose vlocity (because the ball has to travel farther to get out of the barrel).

but if you really want go with the 16" not the 18"

the only thing i think a 16" or above is on a mil-sim, tippy somehtin like that, i had a twenty-one incher on a tippmann once, that *** looked bad, it didnt help the accuracy that much but man was it cool looking

no doubt it looks BA but paintball isnt about how good your gun looks, its about how good you can shoot people

touche, with accent on e it means "touch". I fence sabre so we learned how to say it (you say it if you were touched by the sword and the director missed it).
