i wanna get another reg...but having not sure which one to get... was looking at a hybrid, CP, and Empire and a couple others. can i just get some opinions from like 1-5 on the top regs. thanks

Hyper 2/3, 2 Liter, CP - these guys all fit in my top 6. Of course, I also liked the vertical Maxflo I had on my Shocker - it worked perfectly which fit along with all the reviews that said you either got a crappy one or a perfect one - nothing in between!

I'm sure there are more, but these are the ones I like at the moment.

A empire reg is exactly the same as CP internally, I believe CP actually makes it for them. I am pretty sure hybrid is also pretty close in design if not the same.

AKA makes the best regs, they have the highest flow and are the most consistant. The 2 liter is the best although a sidewinder is not far behind in performance and its cheaper.

I have owned both multiple times and will say the sidewinder is more comfy and usually looks better on guns, sometimes the 2 liter won't even physically fit on the gun (example I tried one on my old cocker with ego frame and you would of had to take the frame off everytime to get the reg)

I used to have an ANS Gen-X reg. Worked great, never had problems out of it. But I am a little anal about cleaning & general working order.

Ran nothing but Co2 through it & even ran my TL+ in the low 300psi range with it.

I just got a CP and love it. On my older spyder (shutter) worked on LP and with the 0-500 Reg ive gotten my spyder down to 250psi (and havn't tried for less just yet). Thing is beautiful, especially when paired with a CP On/Off asa, I <3 it already.

The 2 Liter is the best from what I've heard (I've never used one) I really like the CP reg or Dye Hyper 3 is also a very good reg.
