Barrel length
sorry guys for all the newbie questions. Whats the difference between 12" , 14", and 16" barrels? cost? what would be best for me? im more of a front/mid player. still looking into what kinda barrel to get as well 8(. any help is apperciated

i would diffenately stay with 12 or 14 inch, but between 14 and 12 its really all preference. if your stock barrel is 12 now, then i would diffenately try a 14, but i wouldnt go over 14 or under 12. if you paly a lot of airball/x ball then 14 would be the way to go since you can wrap around bunkers a little better with a 14 than a 12. i say 14, but its really your preference. some people say accuracy is differnent between the two, but i have used both and i will tell you that i havent seen a difference, paint to barrel match is where i see it the most.

I'm impressed that, as a new player, you suggested the possibility of barrels like 12" and 8".... Most newbies tend to think that longer means better, and go for something like a 20" barrel.... lol

lol i think 20" is just to big and stupid looking. im pretty sure 20" is a waste cause its just more space the ball gots to travel through. must be tough as well to try and hide with it. Which brings up 2nd question What barrel should i be looking for if i gots like 60-70 bucks willing to spend, and what paint should i get to match it?

you could get a used freak kit for 60-70 on PBN, possibly with all the inserts too.

Ok i looked up to things im intrested in.(sorry no links!)
1.Freak Kit or 2.J&J Edge Kit (i think thats what its called) both are priced rather the same. which one would u say is better?
