Drag racing is dumb. At VIR. Should be going just as fast, if not faster at Summit Point in West Virginia in a couple weeks, and then Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, IL 2 weeks after that.

I also prefer road/autox over drag racing. Nice video, well put together. How many times does the club get together annually? Regardless, very cool event.

If I can get the time off of work I'd like to head up to Watkins Glen this year. That would be a blast.

VIR is a great course. as a graduation present, i drove a formula series car around it for a few hours. that was a really fun day.

One of my techs was telling me about this. I'd love to do that. Its fun enough in my car, I can't imagine in something like that.
