its all good your gonna have to start somewhere in life i mean my parents didnt start out driving porsches had to go to small to big bmw-porsche
just the old school E30s not as nice and my bros and no M3
but were very reliable
the new bmws SUCK no other way to put it my bros 330ci has been on the tow truck and in shop more than any of our cars and to be frankly none of em have been in the shop or tow truck its just not built like they used to be

I doubt I'll ever own a car like that though. I personally wouldn't have any use for it. Though I do think I could live with an S15 Silvia, or a 67 Camaro.

I almost bought one when I left Highschool, a friend of mine had started himself an short-lived importing business, bringing cars over from Japan. Would've had a S13 with about 20k (KMS) on it. As far as I know though, the only car to make it to North America was his Skyline, and to my knowledge it's still in California.

Personally, if you can find yourself a good S14 240sx you're ahead of the game, use the k24 engine until it dies, then suit yourself with an SR20. One of the best engines you can get for the money. Hell, as far as I remember, you could even get the K24 engine in a twin cam turbo. One of these days I'll get behind the wheel of another Nissan, for now I'm loving my Honda though, I just have to make it standard.. Only car I've owned (that's been on the road, my '62 Bel-air never legally made it) that's been auto, and I hate it.

i miss our '02 BMW 750i... i never even got to drive that thing before it died...

i could've had a '95 240sx, but passed it up because i didnt like that body style and my parents didnt want to get me something that old.

ya well i personally think that the E30s were probably the best model BMW ever made in history its the ultimate race car and rare. it was THE first M3 made, and on top of that the hood also opened up like a corvette and it was a beast we used to DOGG it so much and it had guts it was at 340000 miles and someone offered us 4000 for it since it was in immaculant condition so sold it. and later found a E30 M3 and that was the project car
