Smart parts ion almost fully upped, all it needs is a reg.
Vs2 almost fully upped. I upgraded everything I could.

Both guns shoot great. Ion opperates at 130-140 psi and the vs2 opperates at around 160 psi without any problems. There are many home mods done to the vs and I have spent hours tuning it to get every single bit of efficiency I could. The ion has no kick at all. The vs has a VERY small amount.

Personally just not a fan of Ion's however NIIICE JOB on the VS2, looks UBEEER awesome and fun to shoot

that is the strange body. they aren't made anymore, I bought mine new directly from strangepb. and the ion just got an easy on earlier today. and the grips on the ion were made by me. I stuck paper behind it in most on the pics.

On the vs2. I just resanded the eye covers today. (grits in this order100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000,1100 ,1200,1300,1400,1500,1600,1700,1800,1900,2000,2500 wetsand, and a HUGE polish job with a dremel) The sanding took a while but I wanted a better look on the eye covers so now they are even more shiny than they ever were before. I also repeated that to the stock feedneck.

I like the V2 strange body with the red internals behind it, I had strange body V1 when I had a ion.

What trigger is on it?

It's a strange trigger. it didn't come with magnets so I bought extra when I did the magnet mod to my vs2. The return is great and it is FAST. My vs2 is much faster though.

i thought that was the strange body (saw the logo), but ive sort of lost all knowledge of professional teams over the years and wasnt sure. you know what would look really well on your ion? a red CF barrel!

I'll have to pass on the barrel, I like the deadlywind. I like my hammerhead on my vs2 more though. My vs2 eats lube though.....

Best thing about the ION. B.O.B.

I have to pick one of the new bodies up for my ION. Can't stand the teching/lubing. Takes WAY too much effort.
