shipping probs from actionvillage?

has anybody else have had shipping delays or problems when ording stuff off of actionvillage?
becuase today i ordered dye stickies and payed an extra 12bucks for 3 day air shipping and then i looked up my order on the ups site and it said it will take 5 days to get to me.
does that kind of stuff happen to you?

I used to love ordering crap from AV. Since they decided to switch their shipping policies, I've hated ordering from them. It took over two weeks to get a freak back I ordered from them once....when it used to take 4 days.

I refuse to order from them anymore....

Yeah, they switched to only 79 bucks to get free shipping, but if you choose the free shipping it is USPS.. Which is why it takes so long... But, they do offer, for an extra 5 bucks, UPS ground... Which, IMO, is fast and VERY reliable.. I ordered paint monday night, it came wednesday afternoon, and I am in GA.. They are in Illinos.. I say thats pretty good for 5 bucks..

hmm... weird ... whenever i order from them ... usps or not .. i always get my package in two days ... most of the time it's usps .. since i see my mailman dropping this large package off ..

Shipping delays can happen because of the shipper and AV cannot control those. Also, if you get economy shipping(their free shipping) you deserve to wait to get your stuff. The name just screams slow. I've had to wait 2 weeks before to get stuff from them using UPS Ground. I wish everyone used USPS Priority. I've never had trouble with it.

I've never had trouble with Av. In fact I love ordering from them. Like shadow said, if you just pay the xtra 5 bucks for shipping you get it in like 2-3 days. But I do live in KY. Meh, I like em

They took 16 days to ship me a new JAVA 9.6v battery once.....
The next thing I bought was a closeout and it got here in 3 days! (I live in KY too)....
I think it depends on there inventory and its location......
Now I get everything I need from durrel at CPBS!

USPS sucks soo bad. Now im going to stick with UPS or fedex. USPS never leaves packages and one time they told me I could pick up my package, I drive 20min there then they say I had to pick it up on tuesday and it was saturday.
