Well with 700 shots through it, it sounds like you were getting low on Co2. How big a tank do you have?

There are so many variables with CO2. Was it cold outside? Were you shooting at a high rate of fire for an extended time? What velocity were you shooting at?

i'm not sure about the velocity
but it was like 32 degrees outside and slow shooting one at a time |

Well, if you don't have any low pressure mods in your gun, then you'd get approx 1000 -1200 shots out of a 20 oz Co2 tank. Since you shot 700 shots, and it was cold out - cold affects the Co2 levels - then I'd say you're ok.

so when the pressure drops just mess around with the regulator screw?

so your gun's not stock ?? ... don't mess with the regulator screw ... you'll have too high or too low of a fps ... best way is to chrono it though ...
Cold weather and less shots is not bad at all .. co2 is just inconsistent and spikes a lot .. and with cool weather ... it's not really able to expand as well .... So ... if you know how many fps you have then mess with it ... but i'd just say if it's already set .. just don't mess with it |
