i went to lowes to look for loctite, but they didnt have the blue stuff. they had red and about 20 different types of epoxys and "specialized" loctite. i was wondering if the plumbing/marine loctite would work. if not, what would be the best type to get.

Usually the marine stuff is pretty stout. I think I would hold out for blue for the trigger frame screws and use teflon thread sealer (liquid or tape) on the macros.
Try an auto parts place....guys like me use alot of blue Loctite ![]()

Do not use Blue Loctite on the threads of air fittings. It is a thread locker not a thread sealer. if you want to use the Loctite thread sealer it is 545 and is made to seal threads. You can get it from most of the big online resellers but it is not cheap.
