If he's just ripping from his camera I don't think he needs anything that big. Originally I thought he meant he was actually capturing video from his computer or TV and saving the file, in which case PCI would be better.

Thanks for all the input. I think I'm going with the Dazzle thing. Its only $50 at best buy. If I have any issues I can take it back. I am also running Xp and I think most of the peeps that have had issues with it were running vista. I'll let you guys know and hopefully I'll get some paintball videos soon.
