how big is the shroud?

I was wondering how deep the barrel goes under the shroud. I was thinking of getting some MR2 rears for a barrel kit for my MR3 since they don't make MR3 rears. and I wanted to know if they fit under the shroud.

I belive that the MR2 is 2" and that the MR3 is deeper then that. Im not sure how much deeper but it seems to me its about 1"

I actually think the shroud is 4 inches. Because when i had my stock barrel on it and mesured it it was only 8 inches

I may be wrong, im to lazy to go get my MR2 i thought it was 2 though.

On the MR2 the shroud goes back about 2 inches.

On an MR3, the barrel comes out about 7 3/4", but the overall barrel length is 11 3/4" so it's about 4 inches deep.

I haven't seen any backs for the MR3, but i did see some for the MR2 a while ago. Do you know where to get them?
