Default help with fill nipple
ok so i just got my brand new dxs tank today and in the fill nipple it has this metal peice like to keep stuff out of it. like they put it in when it was made but do i take it out or leave it in and would it affect nething

Don't touch it! It keeps the air from going back out the fill nipple!
