Default Anythig to replace a spring guide?

Is there anything you can get from a hardware store that you could use as a spyder spring guide?

Hey Man I see this is your first post, so welcome to the forum, with that said, What are you talking about? If you need help, that's cool but could you be a little more specific.

OH you must mean the striker buffer? There's a owners manual, with parts labled by their proper names for a reason guys, use it please so we can cut-down on the Q&A and help you find your answer.

the spring guide is the black plastic thing that looks like a "nail" that rests inside the spring - and abuts against the velocity adjustment screw.

the rubber donut that goes around the OUTSIDE of the spring is called the recoil buffer.

...these parts are totally different from each other and unmistakable...

...and he DID originally say "spring guide"...

Perhaps people should read and understand the entire post before answering?

My bad, Damn I feel like an idiot now. Which model spyder do you have?
here's a link to Fuzion Paintball for the Striker Spring Guide part#27 http://www.fuzionpaintball.com/prodd...d=Kingman%5F27
To find the exact Manufactures Replacement part for your model you can use the search function or page through until you find it, there's 48 pages of replacement parts.
Only problem is their site must be having some issues, can't add anything to the shopping cart. If you want you could try calling in an order.
