what stones or dremel bits did you use to give it the brushed chrome look??

I didn't use any stones. The most recent pics that I posted were taken after I used the drum sander (Fine - 120 grit). I am currently resanding everything down by hand using 100, 150, 220, 320 & 600 grit aluminum oxide sand paper. After sanding, I will use the polishing wheel attachment for the dremel and either some metal polish (e.g. Mothers) or white rouge (I think white is for aluminum, but I will have to check my charts again). If you want a brushed chrome look you would need to do all the steps that I just said, and then go over everything using the metal wheel brush attachment.
EDIT: Another option is to use satin finish polish. You can get them online for pretty cheap. It's primarily used for jewelry (e.g. stainless steel watch bands).

I got some ideas from the guys at PBNation for grinding out the trigger frame...luckily I had an extra one so again, I wasn't afraid to mess it up. As the saying goes...You mess with a bull, you get the horns. But what happens when you mess with a SPYDER?
