And just for my opinion on the post's since I kinda passed most up to post first.

Durrel I wouldn't worry about anybody watching you honestly nobody has time to pay attention to what your doing while in there. Just keep that in your head and you will be fine! Everybody has to start somewhere and most people know that especially at a ymca most people will either be rushing in there to get there business done or they are there to help.

http://www.bodyforlife.com/ I have reffered people to this program before and most have got great result's from it as far as weight loss! One guy is actually in the office beside me. I gave him my copy of the book and I believe he went from being 5'11" 248 and dropped down to 200 lb's. I believe he is sitting at around 210-215 now! Vike I know your definitely set to try and lose more weight I just got the book back from my buddy if you want to check it out I'll send it to ya as long as I eventually get it back. JB.

Wow... this thread is great. I am a former personal trainer and I would have loved something like this for my clients....

I need to get back into shape and I think I may use this as my motivation.

Thanks All

I'm working on getting my ACE fitness certification right now! If I ever sit down and study the nutrition part of the test's I should be alright but it's just something I would like to do on the side though really!

That Body for Life is great. I read the book that Bill Phillips wrote and it was a really good book, very helpful.

JB.

I had my ACE and ACSM certs. The ACE cert was not that bad, the ACSM on the other hand... AAARRRGGGGHHHH. There was a time that I knew all 651 muscles and 206 bones....

Wow now I feel old, and out of shape.

Did leg's last night. Arm's tonight. Been on track for a couple week's now and seeing result's. Taking in a ton of calories right now so I've lost all sight of my ab's but no biggie I can shed that away rather quickly like alway's. Just trying to bulk up right now! JB.

Did bi's and tri's last night, probably my last workout until next year. I have a new supplement cycle I'm going to try at the beginning of next year, hopefully I should be able to put another 18-20 lbs on next year like I did this year.

K. Diet and Excercise start tomorrow. I kinda started a little today too since the new year and all. Cut a little of my food intake and hit the water a little more. Tomorrow I plan on not hitting the coffee pot when I get into work and just filling up my water bottle. Then during lunch will go on a nice brisk walk around downtown Chicago for about half an hour. We have to see how long I can keep this up. Just weighed in at a whopping 239lbs. *Sigh. Here we go.

Getting back on the wagon today....going to start exercising and eating right again. I really fell hard this time, although I only gained 5 or so pounds back. Lost a lot of tone, though. This is gonna be tough!

Dre, you and I will lose this weight together, k?

I did chest last night. Was off all day yesterday and man it's hard to get up and go work out when you have laid around all day! I'm kinda glad I'm back to a normal work week!

Back tonight!

JB.
