I got bored with my tank and now its a Mountain Dew bottle,
![]() Pulling the logo thing off the bottle was harder than i thought, so it didnt come out as clean as I thought. didn't have any glue so i used spray paint, as an adhesive what ya'll think? I'm planning to redo this again and was looking for suggestions also

Looks great, but good luck finding a shop that will fill it for you. Most shops will not fill a tank that has any kind of stickers on it.
But it does look cool...

Because before a tank gets filled it should be checked for both Hydro date and physical damage. That protects the store and the player.

yep, the only non-plain tanks that they are allowed to fill are ones that come with designs on them (like the BE flame painted tanks and 3A tanks)

Sorry Chnk if this is hijacking your thread, but with the other posts, I thought I would ask!
![]() What if someone were to put the "Herculiner" type material on the tank in order to protect it? I know you couldn't go over the identifying letters/characters...but put it on the rest of the tank? The reason I ask is because my scuba tank is starting to get some scratches on it and I want to keep it from getting any more damaged... I was going to contact a hydro-tester and see...but I thought I would ask the wise ones here first! ![]()

nope, because then you cant seen the cracks if they were to appear. the same thing with stickers, etc. thats what neoprene covers are for.
