Default Regulator help/question

I'm relatively new to paintball and using my brother's old Spyder TL with some modest upgrades. My brother's friend gave me a Palmer's Stabilizer he had when he used to play. It seems to be the female stabilzer. I am assuming it just goes where the bottom mount is. Is that right? Also what should I have the pressure set at? I am using CO2 with no internal mods.

Thanks

This is a Male Stab.

This is a Female Stab.

To mount the feemale on the bottom of the frame like an ASA you would need this or this.

Yeah it has the block mount and all. I just need to know around what pressure it should set at.

800 stock, if you get a spring kit and do some home mods you can bring it down to 600, if you add an after market valve depending on the valve it can be as low as 200.
