My friend purchased a Spyder Rodeo a while back and we ran into a problem while playing. When he was firing the cocking mechanism just went out of control and started to shoot as though it were an automatic marker. Eventually the cocking came to a slow halt, but we want to know what's wrong with it. Cause we can shoot the paintballs slowly just not fast or it'll do that automatic crap again. It's not the Co2 tank and we pulled out the cocker and other things out from the back and nothing was damaged. We don't know what it can be that's messing it up. My thoughts is that one of the o-rings in connecting the gas valve to the gun is broken or dry.
Your Comments? PS: I'll try to reply with a video of what's going on to give you a better idea of what's wrong with it. |

When it does that, that means the co2 tank is just about empty.

Clean it, lube it and replace all of the orings.
